For a quarter century I have been impressed by the range of talents and interpersonal skills Bea brings to every task. I watched her grow the Northwest AIDS Foundation from a mere vision to a multi-million dollar service and advocacy giant. She simultaneously built community-based service programs and assumed a leadership role in developing and passing the Washington State AIDS Omnibus bill. She is as good as they get!
